If u know me well,I'm a sucker for those Shounen and Yaoi animes but recently I found a new anime titled Honey and Clover which is about Uni life,friendships and relationships.

The anime has 2 seasons and those Anime-haters could watch the live action drama which is adapted from the manga. ( The actors are cute).

The main characters of the anime are:

1)Takemoto-san
2) Hagu-chan
3) Yamada-chan
4) Morita-san
5) Shu sensei
6) Mayama-san

All of them are frens and studying art at a prestigious Uni. Hagu is Shu-sensei's cousin who loks a little girl. Shu,Morita and Takemoto are in love with Hagu while Yamada loves Mayama who loves Rika-chan.And lastly,Nomiya loves Yamada.

The theme of the anime is simple which is about LIFE. All of them believe that life is like a honey and clover sandwich,sumtimes its sweet and sumtimes its bitter but u need to finish eating it so u could taste how delicious it is.

The other theme is about Uni life.They always say that in Uni,u discover ur true self,u'll know ur strengths and weakness and try to overcome it to be a better person.

The anime also discussed about how the ppl divide themselves into 2 grups which are the talented grup and the non-talented grup. The talented grup is given high accolades and they seem to live in a different world while the non-talented grup is envious of talented grup and search for their own niche to show the world that they also deserve the accolades.

This anime is damm nice,at one moment,u'll laugh at the characters antics,the next moment,u'll cry together with them. The songs that is in the anime is also quite beautiful and successfully bring out the inner msgs of the anime.
