I was having lunch with a straight fren when he said that gays are lucky cos they don't need to worry much about money matters like heteroes do and their money is pretty much theirs unlike heteroes who need to share their income with their wife and children.
When I shared this statement with Rizal, he pretty much concurs with the notion cos he is going to work after graduation and NOT BE A HOUSEHUSBAND.
Let's review the notion,shall we.
Projected Expenditure after Graduation for heteroes
1) student loan
2) car loan
3) house loan
4) wedding loan
5) Children's education & well being
6) Parents' well being
7) Insurance
Item number 5 will be most expensive cos it covers roughly 18 years( Primary-Sec-Uni) and of cos it would not be limited to clothes but also includes Hps,toys, medical fees and etc.
Projected Expenditure after Graduation for Homos
1) student loan
2) car loan
3) House loan
4) Parents' well being
5) Insurance
6) Retirement
Instantly, u can see that most of expenditure is self oriented. We don't really need to feed the wive nor children therefore we save a lot of money but when comes to retirement,we need to make sure that the homes that we chose to spend our last years must be of quality thus we need to spend a lot on that unlike Heteroes who can rely on their children.
Therefore,in my opinion, the Heteroes are really lucky cos even though they spend a lot on others, they would reap a lot of benefits.
