Recovery?

Elo, I'm feeling much better 2day,not much of coughs like the day before. Yesterday, i went to see a specialist doctor ( well, he is cardiologist) at DEMC (Darul Ehsan medical center). He is a family friend. He checked my lungs,lymph nodes,upper respiratory tract and blood. The results were all negative,he even commented that my white blood count is low which means I'm on the road to recovery. He gave me a cough syrup,steroids for the inflammation and advised me to buy strepsils for the sore throat.


There is a few things i would like to comment on:

1) Clerks

The clerks are so slow and unresponsive.While I was waiting to get registered,they were talking cock. They were chatting about their problems and ignoring the patient.

Then, when I wanted to pay the bill for the meds and all,the clerk there said she isn't sure of the price of the meds,so if the bills don't tally, we will call u. Isn't that stupid? Who would in the right mind go back and pay the extra cost.

2) The waiting area

They shuld put more magazines or newspapers in the waiting area so that they wouldn't get bored. I had to wait for 1 hr to see the doctor and another 1 hr for the blood test. A person like me hates to wait and do nothing.

All in all,I think DEMC is better than SJMC cos of the doctors. The doctors in DEMC are much carefully in checking the patient's medical history and in examining the patients.
