Prostate

Ok,guys, I know that u all realized that the guy's G-spot is actually a prostate gland. But how many of u really know its true function and its anatomy?

A healthy prostate is slightly larger than a walnut. It surrounds the urethra just below the urinary bladder and can be felt during a rectal exam. The prostate is sheathed in the muscles of the pelvic floor which contract during the ejaculatory process.

The main function of the prostate is to store and secrete a slightly alkaline fluid, milky or white in appearance that usually constitutes 25-30% of the volume of cum. The alkalinity of semen helps neutralize the acidity of the vaginal tract prolonging the lifespan of sperm. The alkalinization of semen is primarily accomplished through secretion from the seminal vesicles. The prostatic fluid is expelled in the first ejaculate fractions together with most of the spermatozoa. In comparison with the few spermatozoa expelled together with mainly seminal vesicular fluid those expelled in prostatic fluid have better motility longer survival and better protection of the genetic material (DNA).The prostate also contains some smooth muscles that help expel cum.

Since we know its function and anatomy,we can now discuss the diseases that involve the prostate gland. I'm going to highlight 3 diseases here.

Prostatitis

Prostatitis is an inflammation of the prostate gland ( anything that ends with itis means inflammation).

If you have prostatitis, you may have a burning feeling when you urinate or you may have to urinate more often or you may have a fever or just feel tired.

Inflammation in any part of the body is usually a sign that the body is fighting germs or repairing an injury. Some kinds of prostatitis are caused by bacteria tiny organisms that can cause infection or disease. If you have bacterial prostatitis, your doctor can look through a microscope and find bacteria in a sample of your urine. Your doctor can then give you an antibiotic.

Most of the time, doctors don’t find any bacteria in men with prostatitis. If you have urinary problems, the doctor will look for other possible causes, such as a kidney stone or cancer. If no other causes are found, the doctor may decide you have a condition called nonbacterial prostatitis.

You may have to work with your doctor to find a treatment that’s right for you. Changing your diet or taking warm baths may help. Your doctor may give you a medicine called an alpha-blocker to relax the muscle tissue in the prostate. No single solution works for everyone with this condition.

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

I know its a big phrase to understand or say but let's make things simpler,k. Benign means its non-cancerous tissue,Hyperplasia is uncontrol increase of cell tissues.

So it refers to the increase in size of the prostate in middle-aged and elderly men. When sufficiently large, the nodules compress the urethal canal to cause partial or sometimes virtually complete obstruction of the urethra which interferes the normal flow of urine.

If u have one or more of the symptoms below, seek medical help.

  • A frequent and urgent need to urinate. You may get up several times a night to go to the bathroom.Frequent urination at night may be a sign of an enlarged prostate.

  • Trouble starting a urine stream. Even though you feel you have to rush to get to the bathroom, you find it hard to start urinating.
  • A weak stream of urine
  • A small amount of urine each time you go
  • The feeling that you still have to go, even when you have just finished urinating
  • Leaking or dribbling urine
  • Small amounts of blood in your urine
If u have this maliaise, don't worry, its not cancer but it has the symptoms as prostate cancer.

A case of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Prostatic cancer

Prostate cancer is a disease in which cancer develops in the prostate. It occurs when cells of the prostate mutate and begin to multiply uncontrollably. These cells may metastasize from the prostate to other parts of the body.
The age and underlying health of the man, the extent of metastasis, appearance under the microscope, and response of the cancer to initial treatment are important in determining the outcome of the disease.

The symptoms for this disease is the same as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Advanced prostate cancer can spread to other parts of the body. The most common symptom is bone pain often in the spine, pelvis or ribs. Spread of cancer into other bones such as the femur is usually to the proximal part of the bone. Prostate cancer in the spine can also compress the spinal cord causing leg weakness and urinary and fecal incontinence.

The causes of this cancer are diet, genetic and lifestyle.

The prevention of this cancer are:

1) Minerals and Vitamins such as Selenium,Vitamin A and D and Phytoestrogen.

2) Green tea

3) Omega 3

We tried to get pregnant for a few years in a local clinic. There were no results. We've tried everything possible but nothing. We were recommended to use donor eggs. I know we have to try herbal made medicine. I was terrified. I didn't know how to go about it and where to begin my search. When my friend recommended me to Dr Itua herbal medicine in Western African. I thought she was joking. I knew nothing about that country and I was afraid  with shame I must say I thought it was a little bit...wild? Anyway she convinced me to at least check it out. I've done the research and thought that maybe this really is a good idea. Dr Itua has reasonable prices. Also it has high rates of successful treatments. Plus it uses Natural Herbs. Well I should say I was convinced. My Husband gave it a try and now we can say it was the best decision in our lives. We were trying for so long to have a child and suddenly it all looked so simple. The doctors and staff were so confident and hopeful they projected those feelings on me too. I am so happy to be a mother and eternally thankful to Dr Itua  and Lori My Dear Friend.
