I have been hanging out with the working gays group. Sumhow after days of reading blogs of working gays here,I kinda figure out how they think and I like it. No more chatting about trivial stuff.
Anyway,we were talking about buying properties,either buying it STB or BTS. 1stly,STB stands for sell then build and BTS stands for build then sell.
Both methods have their own pros and cons.
STB
The developers would promo their projects before building it,usually they would build according to the number of buyers or have limited lots. This way is cheaper cos the area is still new,no much of a value. The downside is if the developer close shop,u'll have to tanggung the rugi and the area is kinda ulu so u have to pray hard that there are future plans to build the other infrastructures like schools and hospitals.
BTS
The houses are built 1st regardless of the support and its kinda expensive if compared to the method above but usually these type of projects have complete infrastructures. U also don't need to wait for the project to be completed to renovate them or whatever if u buy them this way,arinie beli,esok pindah.
So what's ur choice,BTS OR STB?

The BTS method is still being resisted by the construction industry. Most rely on the funding from the buyers.
BTS would be an ideality. If given the choice, I wouldn't deal in chance.
BTS = Berjaya Times Square
i prefer BTS
BTS is the way to go
